Biography: Mr. Lee became a Senior Trial Attorney for the U. S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Legal Unit of the Oklahoma Area Office located in Oklahoma City in September 2010. The EEOC Legal Unit is responsible for the litigation of cases that have failed conciliation in the St. Louis Region of the EEOC. The EEOC's St. Louis Region includes Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and the Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Lee received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Saint Edward's University in Austin, Texas (1982) and his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University College of Law (1989).

Prior to this position, Mr. Lee served as the Associate General Counsel for the Oklahoma Education Association and has practiced civil rights, labor and employment law with private firms in Oklahoma City since 1989. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Lee also served for four years as an Administrative Law Judge at the Oklahoma Department of Labor. Mr. Lee has been a member of the Oklahoma Employment Lawyers Association (OELA), the statewide affiliate of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), since its founding. As part of OELA, he previously served as Co-Editor of the OELA Journal, a monthly newsletter formerly produced and distributed statewide to OELA members. Mr. Lee now serves as Membership/Networking Coordinator for OELA.
